After this module, the students have a common understanding of the planning and control of a project and are able to start and plan a project systematically and to control the implementation in a targeted manner. They can assess the effort and benefit of individual project management tools and are therefore able to use these tools in a situational manner. In this module, the students experience how project management is not only applied in theory, but also in practice and in a wide variety of projects. It shows how the individual project management building blocks logically intertwine and presents them in such a practical way that implementation is easy even during the module. With the individual and current projects of the students, 18 steps guide us from the project idea to the project completion. It's about method as well as attitude. |
