“No sales no business”- Sales is of course a very important function for most organisations, though there are many misconceptions about the job and what type of person can be successful in this work.
The course contents start with the basics to cover simple technical sales activities where the customer budget and risk is low, then progresses to give you knowledge and practice when dealing with complex sales that follow a “sales cycle” when a number of steps and customer roles are involved in completing the sale.
The format of the course will be interactive with plenty of speaking opportunities B2 English reading and speaking level desirable.
As well as running successful elective English course at RWU, the course leader previously had many years international business experience including selling magazine advertising, consulting services and enterprise software (ERP) applications. |
